Tim Cook will be unveiling the iPhone 5/iPhone 4S today. I’m actually more excited to hear a release date on iOS5 which gives new notifications, messenger app, reminders, Twitter integration, and of course: iCloud!

Here’s the first in a series I’m going to call “Overload Bit”. Giving you more information sources on one page than you could possibly need/want.

Definitely looking forward to loading up both the iPad/iPhone4 with the new OS. Depends how good the new phone is whether I’ll make the leap and snag one.

Just working on a few small issues that are preventing us from releasing the beta site.

Our service lets you create a group chat room on your phone. It uses SMS/texting! Not any complicated app you have to download or install.

What does that mean? Well it means that everyone can use it, since everyone has texting (yes even your friends without iPhone’s/Android’s). You just visit the site, punch in your digits and first name and hit 1 button. That’s it, TextRooms will create a private chat room for you and whoever you want to invite. All messages will go out to everyone’s phone, just as if it was a chat room. You can start your experience on the web, and then transition to your phone at any time.

It seems to look fairly nice, definitely comes right at you as a “yes, this thing scans your brain” kind of product.

The headset allows you to use your thoughts, feelings, and emotion to control games (designed specifically with EPOC in mind), as well as controlling your PC through its EmoKey feature.

However it’s to be seen whether EPOC can be used effectively for controlling games and PC environments. It may not be ready for what most people would consider controlling computers with your mind like we see in the movies. But nonetheless it is moving the technology forward.
